Shipping Areas
We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). At this time, we do not ship internationally. We may, however, expand our shipping areas in the future.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that business days exclude public holidays and weekends in the UAE.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Arzaa Global partners with reliable local courier services to ensure timely delivery. Shipping methods and times are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days, depending on your location within the UAE.
- Express Delivery: Available for select areas, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather, traffic, or courier-related delays.
Shipping Restrictions
- Delivery Locations: We currently ship to most addresses in the UAE. Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery, and additional charges may apply in certain regions.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.
Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the shipment during business hours. If the delivery cannot be completed due to absence, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification with further instructions.
Failed Delivery Attempts
In the event of a failed delivery (e.g., if the delivery address is incorrect or no one is available to receive the package), the courier will typically make one or two additional attempts to deliver the package. If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to Arzaa Global. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery or provide a refund, subject to our return and refund policy.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@arzaaglobal.com with your order details and photographic evidence of the damage. We will investigate the issue and provide you with a solution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate. If an error in the address is detected after the order has been shipped, we will work to update the shipping information; however, any additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be your responsibility.
Customs and Duties
For local shipments within the UAE, there are no customs or import duties applicable. However, if we expand to international shipping in the future, applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
